HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE LAST FOR?

All our services are designed around your requirements and ambitions. We aim is to support you to make real changes to your career tactics and support you long-term. Each service you choose to book will have clear targets attached to it and we will be very open at the start to agree these with you. We will support you to achieve these targets. All services can be booked around your availability and can also be paused if required.

ARE THE PROGRAMMES QUALIFICATIONS?

Our career programmes are not qualifications as we did not want to limit the content and wanted to ensure that they could be designed around each student. We did not want a really strict curriculum that was not 100% relevant to your needs. The programmes are designed and delivered by our career expert. All our work is constantly developing and we regularly consult with industry experts to ensure we are ahead of the game and as relevant as possible to the football industry.

The results of our services and programmes is determined by your ambitions and also the amount of work you put into the tasks and challenges. We will support you the best we can and ensure you have everything you need but you have to do the work and put in the effort. HOW CAN I PAY?

All payments can be made through our Online Store which accepts Paypal and Stripe accounts. We can discuss monthly payments but because of the challenge of our services we prefer full payment upfront. We can also offer payment per module of the course which can be discussed.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR THE PROGRAMME?

All our programme are designed around your ambitions and more importantly around your availability. This means that we will constantly work with you to ensure we are fitting in around your other commitments. You can also pause the programme at any time if your current workload increases or if your personal circumstances change.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE A CLIENTS SUCCESS?

We work with people to help them achieve their ambitions and agree tasks and challenges that support this. We are honest with our clients and do not make false promises. In our initial assessment we are able to see what we can work on that will have the maximum impact. If you have not achieved the agreed targets we can provide additional support and will ensure you are satisfied.

WILL YOU FORCE ME INTO SOMETHING I AM NOT COMFORTABLE TO DO?

It is essential that we assess your current levels of career skills and develop a programme that works for you. We are not going to force you to contact people or post anything on social media that you do not feel happy with. For all of our services to be successful we must find your comfort zone and support you to develop practices that meet your needs - we will find the career methods that work best for you.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM NOT HAPPY?

We highly recommend that you book an Initial Consultation with us before you sign up to any of our services. This is to understand your current situation, explain how the services work and set realistic expectations. We will be completely honest with you and we do not make promises we cannot keep. If at any point you are unsatisfied we ask that you contact us to discuss this with us and if required we can adjust the programme or if no resolution can be found we will provide a suitable refund.
